As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will work closely with the IT team to design, implement, and maintain high-quality, user-friendly, and responsive web applications. You will contribute to product development, ensure excellent performance and usability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while keeping up with emerging technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality, fully tested front-end code using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
Implement best practices for front-end architecture, modular coding, and responsive design to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gather feedback from users, and implement improvements.
Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Professional Certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development.
Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as ReactJS, NextJS, Angular, VueJS, Redux, SASS/SCSS, ES5/6.
Proficiency in mobile-responsive design, cross-browser testing, and performance optimization.
Experience with Git and source control workflows.
Solid understanding of the web development lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and post-release support.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
